The only downside is that the location is not convenient for us to bring the car in for service; but that is not the fault of the team there.
Great sales team, we worked with Diane who we bought two cars from in a six month time. She worked out deals for us and really tried to understand what my wife was looking for in terms of options/packages.
I bought a car from Suburban Mazda in June of 2017, so it’s been 4 months now and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have had due to one main reason…Diane Richmond! Diane helped me with the purchase of my new CX-5 and from start to finish she was wonderful. She had so much knowledge about this brand but when she was unsure of something she made sure to get the answer. She was also great about returning my phone calls and emails very promptly. Never once did I feel like I was being neglected or pressured into buying something I didn’t want or need, nor did I feel stupid for asking questions, and boy did I have a lot of those! Maybe buying a new car is not a big deal to some but to me it sure is, I knew what I wanted and Diane helped me get exactly that. Sometimes when a dealer does not have the color you want, they try to persuade you to buy what they have. Not here-Diane was patient with me and my indecisive self when it came down to picking between 2 colors and in the end when I chose, she found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and got it for me in a very timely manner.

Best dealership I've ever been to. I walked in just looking for some quotes and maybe a test drive. Diane Richmond greeted us right away and we told her what we are looking for. She was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions and explained the numbers in a very easy to understand manner (most car sales persons do not do this). On the test drive she pointed out all the features on the car, and when we got back to the dealership we were convinced this is the dealership and car for us and signed a lease that day. Diane was very prepared, friendly, and helpful. When we left I even told her she was the best car sales person I've ever done business with.
Always have my car worked on here. Always happy with the work done. Don't know how their prices compare, but everything always gets fixed.
I am a returning Mazda customer, but I had never purchased at this particular dealership. I love the brand and had been eyeing their new models for a while. The greatest thing about Mazda is they offer so many luxuries for an affordable price and let you customize quite a bit. A lot of other brands make you upgrade your package when you really only want 1 or 2 things from that price range. I receive so many compliments on my car, it is super sharp and I absolutely love it. I thank Diane for making this such a great experience, and I would highly recommend requesting her help if you are at this dealership.
