I am giving this place 1 because I can't give it 0. I contacted and agent here after a friend (that does a lot of trips with them) suggested it. I was asked budget and agenda. I sent in and admittedly tight budget and never heard a single word back. Not even a "we are sorry but we cant help you" I got NOTHING back zip nill nada.

People were nice but charged an upfront nonrefundable fee too book a group cruise (which I'm told is not proper) but after 3 weeks hadn't done anything citing personal reasons so had to go elsewhere.
