Went above and beyond work well with you! Eleanor was Great! She did make my dog nail bleed but was so good at making up for it to both me and my pet!
Super small compared to what I'm used to. If you're looking for a specialty item they probably won't have it.
I had the worst experience at this location. I waited 20 minutes in the fish area and finally after three more customers came in the store, the two ladies that were at the front counter were employees just talking the whole time never asking did we need help. I did not ask for help because I thought one of the ladies were a customer, when I told her my husband and I needed help she got so angry that l left my basket and walked out the store.
Unknowledable employees its a joke can't answer a few simple questions pet assistants should know. I've worked with, have knowledge and skills when dealing with all types of animals, saw how the employees avoided customers, couldn't answer customers questions so I helped the customers who said -"they need clones of me to work here as I have 17years of skills and looked professionallygroomed, not these smelly/dirty looking uneducated clowns who do nothing and have no skills to aid customers nor knowledge". Its a joke here no assistance no skills to boot, dirty, and doubt it'll stay afloat against competition I'm serious!
Also try their Vetco services, no exam fee, same shots at a lower cost! Decent grooming service.
