When walking inside, the place has a relaxing aroma. This continues until you get in the pod and float. It takes a few minutes to focus and relax your body in the water but the whole experience leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The attendant is friendly and fast at getting your appointments ready. Highly recommend a visit here.
I visited Sapphire Springs a few days ago. It was a wonderful experience. I have done floatation tank therapy a few years ago, and the technology has greatly improved. The private room was clean, had a shower, and provided privacy and security: all things necessary for a comfortable float. The tank was roomy and well lit, right up to the point when I was ready to submerge myself and float in silence. It was great to "unplug" in complete silence and darkness, and just relax floating through space. Great solitary space to think and just get away from the stress and constant stimulation of our crazy everyday life. Very relaxing. Two thumbs up.

My wife and I received a free float from my daughter and it was great. I'd never floated before and was highly skeptical but after a short briefing and tour I took the plunge and glad I did. I fell asleep and felt so good. My wife's shoulders were hurting some but afterwards she felt good as well. I'll definitely be back and incorporate floating into my Wellness plan!
