The New Balance store is a first class expirience. Chris analyzed my hair, balance, foot structures, put me on a machine that suggested what type of shoes to try, and he came out from the back with more shoe boxes than have ever been brought for me. I tried on the second pair - a USA made pair of 990s in a 9 4E. They have 4E! They even had 6E.

Great experience. Went there with my crazy 10 month old and received exceptional personal service. They put the shoes on and off for me and my son watched the fish tank. I'll be back there for my next set of shoes :)

Those who walk upon the widest of feet rejoice for here is a shoe store for us! I am sure that they have shoes for people with normal feet but I am an edge case and of you are too you know the frustration of looking at a wall of shoes knowing none will fit you.
