Amazing store, amazing staff. They take time to know you by name, and take notes on your preferences and small details based on your conversation. Nobody is pushy and the sales style is casual. All the staff are outstandingly professional and you can see they enjoy their job and love finding the piece that is just right for you, no matter what it takes. Very willing to work with you on online pieces too. They helped us piece together my wedding ring set with as much care as if it were their own.
The only reason I come to this location is its distance to my home. Otherwise I would never come here. Even with a manager change they still have horrible customer service. Avoid this location if you can.
Absolutely horrible experience. We had ordered a custom ring and matching band, and had begun making payments on it. A few weeks before the wedding they called to let us know that our estimate was "off" by almost twice the cost and that we owed them the difference if we wanted our set to be completed. Management denied any responsibility and insisted that this was an "estimate" and it was out of their hands, regardless of the paper contract they provided us with. Needless to say, we canceled our order, but they still insisted we owed them an additional $600 for them to cover "processing" our order thus far. I would avoid this jeweler/location if possible!
Went in on my lunch break expecting to be in and out. They had 2 people working and only one customer and it still took over 15 minutes to be talked too. I needed some links removed on a watch and the guy didn't even check if he had the proper tools he just said no he didn't. What kind of corporate jewelry store is not fully equipped with the right tools
