I had a breast augmentation today. All of the nurses were absolutely spectacular. Smiling faces. On top of things. Doing their jobs and making sure I was comfortable. I was in suite 104. Every single nurse was just magnificent. The hospital was great. The lady at the desk took her job to seriously. Very demanding and all business no smiles from her. The rest of the staff was just really amazing. I was very impressed with how I was treated. I've been to grosse point Beaumont and was treated terribly there multiple occasions.
Only thing good I can say about the hospital was the ER wait was not long at all. Other than that, this hospital is terrible. I'm not sure which hospital is worse Garden City or Beaumont. Let's start off with they refuse to run any test on my heart after the ECG or the EKG results was fine. They told me that I need to go see a cardiologist because that's not their job. Their job is to make sure nothing life threatening is happening. Which I found highly disrespectful because of the doctor tone of voice. She had a attitude and she was mean on top of that. Then the security guard was arguing with someone else that was visiting a patient. Don't nobody got time for that sis.
I had a simple procedure at Beaumont Farmington hills Everyone from then front to me exiting the hospital put me first. Every time I would go to a hospital my money had to be there or I would come out seizing from the anesthesiologist and be screaming bloody murder this time I had a Dr that looked at the list found out I can not have a spinal to numb my back and leg so they gave me straight propylene glycol. I woke up with the nurse that sang me Christmas carols in the room to relax me. It was the touch of the care they gave me that a lot of people forget as you are scared on the table and the nurse are there to do there job setting you up and calming you down.
Whoever designed the new parking garage needs to go back to school. If you go to the top and it is full there is literally no way to turn your car around to come down. The garage itself is very narrow and I saw a lady back in to the car behind her. The garage was totally full today. What will happen when the expansion is completed?
I came here last night due to me not feeling good. The staff here was very nice and attentive. Ben and Debra were awesome. Made sure i was okay. The lady that put my iv in was great as well. I wasn't there that long. I was in and out. The normal wait was good. I give this hospital a 5 star. Thank you!
