While everyone is cordial, something is going on behind the scene that has on both occasions (the transfer into lease and transfer out of lease) resulted in dropped balls on promised deadlines, MBFS completely forgetting to finish my lease transfer, daily calls on my end to babysit and make sure the process was complete. Both times, equally painful despite my desire to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Terrible service. Vehicle ac smelled like sewage which was never corrected. The "park" became disengaged to drive or neutral, which presented a roll hazard (I took into service, but problem persisted). They charged me for a tire that allegedly had 1/32" more wear than it should at my lease end! What?! Ridiculous. I will never again lease/buy a Mercedes.
Terrible experience. Staff didn’t care about the inconvenience caused after they took double payment thru autopay.
Mercedes, get your act together.
I’d do less on the stars but, it won’t allow it! Audi is great. Interpersonable. Respectful. Mercedes, doesn’t car.
The worse of the worse - I just turned in my car after the lease and they are sending me all kind of bills and charges which i dont owe - this is the 3rd time calling and on the phone for over 30 minutes and now their is another mistake. They are very helpful when you are buying or leasing then things change - I AM VERY PISSED OFF
I’ve transferred into and out of a Mercedes lease and have had more interactions with MBFS than I care to in this lifetime.
Again employees handled themselves very well but something is very unorganized behind the scenes. This company should not be loosing payments, sending transfer papers to the wrong account holder, dropping the ball on deadlines, and needing daily calls in to get the job done.
