This is a horrible place. Had so many issues with getting the right item I ordered and it took them 3 weeks and 4 delivery attempts, 6 hours on the phone to deliver. The manager is so rude, doesn't listen to customer and doesn't care about customers. His literal response to me when I asked why would I buy something from Best buy was "don't buy form here." Terrible customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from there.
I am older guy. They are always ready to help. Great employees. My whole family have used this store for years with not a complaint.
I had taken my laptop for the Geek Squad to check it out for a possible virus. The rep explained what would be done but it would take 3-5 business days. He provided details on the software that would be. Also explained what my have caused virus. I feel good about the service I received. I'm confident that my Laptop will be serviced honestly and correctly. Best Buy has a good reputation along with good products. Keep up the good work.
Bought some headphones. Very knowledgeable staff. DirecTV rep was there as well, much like in Costco, but more aggressive in wanting to "save me money on my cable bill". Big difference in that part of the shopping experience.
I bought my laptop and external hard drive at the Farmington Hills store. I got great service, straight answers and reasonable prices. Great store!
