I had an unfortunate incident where my fiancee forgot her watch at this location while trying on other watches. I worked with the manager Melanie, and she did a fantastic job at investigating and finding the watch back even after it not being where I was told it would be when I called and spoke to someone else. Thanks for your honesty, and great work, Melanie!

The store manager here was verbally berating her employee (a maybe 40s woman with an accent) right in front of me as i shopped. At about 3pm on 10/22/17. She even threw something at the desk in front of her in anger. The employee looked terrified. Totally unacceptable to treat employees like that. It was shameful. No matter what the employee did (it was something about a scheduling problem) it's never okay to behave like that and assuredly not in front of customers. This really brought shame on T.J. Maxx as a company. This is who you hire as your team leaders?
