I have rented from several hertz & this location is my favorite. I was almost at the point of switching to the competition but the representatives at this location won me back. They were nice & polite. They got me both in and out of my rental quickly. The took time to answer my questions and even at my jokes.
The manager was very rude and unprofessional. Had some words with him because he was irritated and telling me that I should know my policy. A lot of miscommunication by staff and only because of the mangers attitude will Never go back there. Makes no sense for people to represent these companies in such an unethical manner.

Overall good experience.... took away one star as they never informed me that they dont do shuttle service at weekends.. This should be mentioned when you book the car... i was only told when i called in asking for the pickup status and they said that they dont provide on weekends.
Almost everything was fine. Attendant looked at drivers license and handed me the keys and paperwork folder. At return he took the keys and said all good to go. HOWEVER when I finally looked at the paperwork after getting back home I discovered that I had the WRONG paperwork with another persons name. Did I have the wrong car?? Don't know. But if I had the occasion to have to show the paperwork to, say, a policeman, I might have gone to jail????? Wonder how the billing will turn out????
