I'm usually a lover of Panera. I previously worked for them when I was younger as well. So when I called to place an order while driving and they insisted I needed a credit card to do so because of a new system. It seems to me they would be able to create/take an order without an issue like that.
Decent Panera, however they seem to be 'forgetfull' about giving you exactly what you order with respect to the sandwich toppings. I ordered a avocado and pulled chicken Panini and it had 0 avocado in it. They're a bit careless in that regard at times. Otherwise, the front counter people and manager are outstanding and make any mistakes right immediately.
I just love coming to this Panera Kim and Tom they make my day. Kim always has a smile and a joke she going to make you leave with a smile. Tom is the best I wouldn't want anyone else making my breakfast someone else did it was terrible and this Panera is always clean.
